| Abstract: | The paper considers soft skills as an appropriate combination of skills needed for a future engineer to become a successful employee. It presents an overview of the most important soft skills to be trained at the tertiary level. The academic activities and training strategies aimed at the development of soft skills or addressed the soft skills gap among university undergraduates have been listed. |
