Abstract

В мире профессий проблема развития предприимчивости педагога занимает особое место. Главное её отличие от других профессий типа "человек-человек" заключается в том, что она относится как к классу преобразующих, так и к классу управляющих профессий одновременно. Имея в качестве цели своей деятельности становление и преобразование личности, педагог призван управлять процессом ее интеллектуального, эмоционального и физического развития, формирования ее духовного мира. В статье раскрыто понятие "предприимчивость, предпринимательство"; рассмотрена предприимчивость в контексте педагогической деятельности.

In the world of professions, the problem of developing the entrepreneurial spirit of a teacher occupies a special place. Its main difference from other professions of the "man-man" type is that it belongs to both the class of transforming and the class of managing professions at the same time. Having as the goal of its activity the formation and transformation of the individual, the teacher is called upon to manage the process of its intellectual, emotional and physical development, the formation of its spiritual world. The article reveals the concept of "entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship"; considers entrepreneurship in the context of pedagogical activity.
