Партисипаторные проекты в гибридном городе

Abstract

Осуществлён обзор научных исследовательских подходов к проблеме партисипаторности в целом. Выявлены противоречия в системе урбанистических дискурсов, центральным понятием которых является со-участие в планировании и развитии города. Методология исследования основана на принципах концепции «умного города», ориентированного на человека (Human Smart cities), сущности холистического подхода в осмыслении «умного города» как целостной адаптивной системы (Complex Adaptive Systems -CAS), «умного города» и его основных акторов-игроков (Smart cities and their players), на сравнительном анализе релевантных партисипаторных методологий, позволяющих проанализировать проблемы цифрового гражданства.

This article provides an overview of scientific research approaches to the problem of participation in general. The authors have revealed the contradictions in the system of urbanistic discourses, the central concept of which is participation in planning and development of the city. The research methodology is based on the principles of the concept of a human-centered «smart city» (Human Smart cities), the essence of a holistic approach in understanding a «smart city» as an integral adaptive system (Complex Adaptive Systems - CAS), a «smart city» and its main actors-players (Smart cities and their players), on a comparative analysis of relevant participatory methodologies that allow analyzing the problems of digital citizenship.
