| Abstract: | The concept of human development, which has been formed in the world in recent years, considers the development of human capital as the main goal and criterion for social progress and economic growth. One of the ways to accumulate human capital is to invest in a person, in his health and education. The practice of foreign countries shows that the accumulation of human capital is one of the conditions that ensure the achievement of sustainable rates of economic development of the country. |
