Аутсорсинг как инструмент развития предприятия

Abstract

Актуальность работы определена в общем наличием проблем и важностью аутсорсинга в развитии современного бизнеса. Цель работы – анализ работы аутсорсинга как инструмента интенсивного развития предприятия. Задачи: изучение понятия аутсорсинг; рассмотреть этапы внедрения аутсорсинга; FMEA-анализ на примере процесса "Ошибочный платеж". Объект исследования – технологические процессы по внедрению аутсорсинга на предприятии. Методы исследования: анализ научно-исследовательской и практико-прикладной литературы, FMEA-анализ, анализ конкурентных преимуществ. Научная значимость результатов работы: данное исследование расширяет теоретические знания по теме, показывает преимущества и недостатки основных видов аутсорсинга.

The purpose of the work is to analyze the work of outsourcing as a tool for the intensive development of an enterprise. Tasks: study of the concept of outsourcing; to consider the stages of outsourcing implementation; FMEA-analysis on the example of the process "Incorrect payment". The object of research is the technological processes for the introduction of outsourcing in the enterprise. Research methods: analysis of research and applied literature, FMEA analysis, analysis of competitive advantages. Scientific significance of the results of the work: this study expands theoretical knowledge on the topic.
