Abstract

Объектом исследования является городская среда в условиях цифровой трансформации и демографических изменений. Предмет исследования – организационно-экономические отношения, связанные с развитием и оцениванием городской среды в условиях цифровой трансформации и демографических вызовов. Цель работы – исследование механизмов управления городской средой в условиях цифровой трансформации и демографических вызовов в рамках концепции умных городов.

The object of the study is the urban environment under conditions of digital transformation and demographic change. The subject of the study is organizational and economic relations associated with the development and assessment of the urban environment under the conditions of digital transformation and demographic challenges. The purpose of the work is to study the mechanisms of urban environment management under the conditions of digital transformation and demographic challenges within the concept of smart cities.
