Abstract:	Information is considered to be the most precious resource in the basis of informational society concept. In this "coordinate system" the most important things are skills in getting reliable, objective and full information, the ability to understand it critically and to bear responsibility for the quality of spread information. Modern methods of organizational management suppose a wide usage of informational technologies. Informational personnel technologies are making life of HR specialists much easier.
