| Abstract: | The results of the investigation of structural-phase state and optical properties of the coatings on thebasis of Si-Al-N, deposited on quartz glass by pulsed magnetron sputtering were presented. The transmissionspectra of formed coating in the range of 190-1100 nm were produced. Refractive index and the thickness of the Si-Al-N coating using transmission spectra and also the refractive index dispersion were determined. |
