Politicians are increasingly concentrated the attention of scientists on the need to develop the concept of "a society based on knowledge" or "knowledge society". Many governments allocate substantial funds to build the infrastructure of the knowledge society. More and more foreign companies are implementing the knowledge management system, following modern trends of development of the knowledge economy. |
