| Abstract: | The article analyzes issues modern state improving of cadastral valuation methods. In this case, the role of the land and property complex in strategic and territorial planning is analyzed. The necessity of forecasting changes in the lands cadastral value for achieving strategic goals and the choice of town-planning solutions is shown. |
