Abstract: In the article, the contact strength condition is considered for transmission with intermediate rolling bodies. The components of contact strength condition equation are expressed through initial parameters of the transmission. The expression is obtained for determination the minimum permissible value of the geometric parameter r[c] of transmission with IRBFIR. The expression can be used in preliminary engineering calculations of the hard loaded transmission.
