Abstract: Nowadays, teambuilding has become popular and is being used by the managers for major companies in order to improve the performance level of their staff. On the modern stage of its development, teambuilding is one of the most efficient instruments of staff management, the main idea of which is to build a team through collaborative problem solving and overcoming difficulties by developing of mutual trust.
