| Abstract: | The report is devoted to the study of the institution for assessing the regulatory impact of normative legal acts and their projects. This activity of local self-government bodies makes it possible to improve the quality of prepared projects, to eliminate the formation of unnecessary additional barriers in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity, and to resolve the issue of the need for local authorities to interfere in a specific area of the urban community. |
