| Abstract: | The effect of treatment by reactive ion etching in an argon atmosphere, and hydrogen plasma etching ina glow discharge plasma on the surface of the diamond films deposited by CVD method was investigated. Basedon the results of the research, changes in the surface morphology of the coatings and phase composition was analyzed, the processes occurring in the processing was researched. |
