| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the intensification of extraction using a pulsed electric field (PEF). This technology, based on the high intensity of the PEF object, minimizes the possibility of contamination of the extract by the products of electric erosion of electrodes as compared to the electric discharge technology, and also has a number of advantages over traditional methods and their modifications due to the quality and speed of extraction. The experiment presented in the article clearly demonstrates the difference in the results, depending on the choice of the pulse parameters. |
